My Affordable Everyday Makeup
If you know me, you know I love a full glam. From full coverage foundation to a great contour, I'm no stranger to makeup. However, sometimes, you just need something a bit more simple and less time consuming. Enter my affordable everyday makeup. While I do, admittedly, wear more makeup than the average person on an everyday basis, these products are great no matter how much or how little you choose to incorporate into your own routine.
If you're looking for affordable everyday makeup, these products are some you should definitely try.
Maybelline Master Prime Hydrate + Smooth
Maybelline's Master Prime is such a good drugstore makeup option. As someone with dry skin, it's a great base to start my makeup application. Get it here.
L'Oreal Infallible Pro Glow Foundation
Like I said, I've got fairly dry skin, and for me, that means preferring a more dewy foundation. L'Oreal Pro Glow is a great drugstore option, and it offers amazing medium coverage for everyday wear. My only complaint? More shades, L'Oreal! Get it here.
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer
If you're a fan of makeup, you've definitely heard of this concealer, and there's a reason it's so popular. Not only does it offer good coverage, but the price point is amazing. Get it here.
Coty Airspun Loose Powder
You'll have to pry my Coty Airspun from my cold, dead hands if you want me to stop using it. This powder may get a bad rep for smelling like a grandma (and it does have a strong scent), but I don't care. Nothing makes my makeup last like this baby, and since my mom used it while I was growing up, it's sentimental for me as well. Get it here.
Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer
This bronzer totally fits its name. The texture and application is so smooth, and while I do use a light hand, it's not too dark for my ultra pale skin. Get it here.
Seriously, any Milani blush will work. Every one of their blushes from their baked formula to their more matte formula is incredible. You can't go wrong with this brand. Get it here.
Milani Most Loved Mattes Eyeshadow Palette
If you don't wear eyeshadow, disregard this suggestion, but if you like adding color to your lids, the Milani Most Loved Mattes palette is perfection. With a great selection of neutrals, you can't go wrong. Get it here.
L'Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara
Lash Paradise is my holy grail mascara, and that includes the high end mascaras I've used. If you've ever used Too Faced's famous Better Than Sex Mascara and loved it, meet its drugstore alternative. Affordable, volumizing, adorable pink packaging, yes it's perfect. Get it here.
Wet n' Wild Photo Focus Natural Finish Setting Spray
If you're not a huge makeup buff, you may be skipping the most important step (IMO) of setting your face. Makeup looking powdery? Set it. Want more of a matte or dewy look? Add setting spray. Seriously, I can't live life without setting spray, and this affordable setting spray from Wet n' Wild is perfect. Get it here.
Splurge: Dior Lip Glow
There are SO many great drugstore lip options that I'm going to give you a splurge choice for lips. The Dior Lip Glow is basically a magical lip balm that enhances your natural lip color on contact and nourishes and moisturizes your lips throughout the day. It won't wear off like a tradition lipstick and keeps your lips looking gorgeous. It may be a splurge, but I think it's worth it. Get it here.
There you have it: my affordable, everyday makeup. While it may seem like a lot to some people, for me, it's perfect. If you're not as extra about your makeup as I am, pick and choose some of these beauties. I promise they won't disappoint you.
